They also made player harps, and later juke boxes too. 
Schultz, a maker of player mechanisms, went on to 
pneumatically operated typewriters, and is still in business, 
I think, making pneumatic machinery of various sorts. Edward 
Link, meanwhile, used two geared together (player, attached 
photo) pneumatic roll drive motors to operate the Link Flight 
Trainer used in WWII.
