Wim,
It looks like the glue joints between ribs and soundboard are good. There are some cracks in the sound board but not very wide.  I suspect they may have been put in there to "bolster" the sound (increase the volume) as it was in a retirement home - you know - older people and their ability to hear has gone down!!??   That excludes us older tuner/technicians!!
