Have you seen Richard Davenport's "Concert Level"?  Smaller in every aspect than the Mother Goose version.  It may do what you want (plus you can use it to level strings!).

Hi,

I'm wondering if anyone can suggest a source for a mini level to use when measuring strike weight, etc.  The line level that I have is too long.  I've used my brass string level from Mother Goose, but it is sort of heavy and it falls with a great crash....

I've looked around on the Internet and my local hardware store, but nothing is jumping at me.  I was hoping not to spend hours looking around.
