I believe this person had not tried it yet, but was considering it. I have a situation (newish Asian grand, tight bushings, loose block) where this might be the only way to get the CA where it belongs. Has anyone tried this technique, and if so, with what results?

Mike,

I should have added that CA thin will get to where you want,
past the tuning pin bushings. It is really quite amazing.

As to whether it will satisfy the needs of this particular problem
   remains to be seen.

Also, turning the grand upside down is an option,
one that I have personally done with success.
