There was a short article about this in the Journal a little while back. The gist is, you measure the three truck arms, and come to some sort of average compromise, so all three arms are about the same length. Jack up the piano legs in turn and put them on blocks (or your piano transporter, if you have one), slide out the truck, make the changes, then re-install. Our D's truck had been unevenly adjusted for the longest time and was bugging me, so I finally made this correction. It really changed the touch, much less bouncy, much more direct and solid feel.
