[pianotech] accepting credit card for service calls

I have used pay pal a few times to pay for things on line, and for me, it's too much of a hastle. So if I don't like it. Perhaps there are others that don't like 
it, either.

How about telling the rest of the story.

What is "all that work" that must be done after you've collected the necessary information from the customer?
