How many established ETD tuners are out there ? How many - new - tuners have started with aural tuning ? How many - new - tuners have started with ETD tuning ? Are the number of persons going after RPT, on the rise or decline ? Are the number of persons, taking and passing the - tuning - portion of the RPT test, on the rise or decline ?
