[pianotech] Rubbing hammers

It could be several possibilities - 1) the hammer shank has twisted - 2)
that hammer was glued on crooked - 3) the hammer to the right could be
loose or not aligned right.

Since the hammer is already glued and in place, the easiest solution
would be to steam / heat the hammer shank and twist it back in line.

The other option is to unglue the hammer head, clean the shank and
reglue in place.
