Would that be the bit you "unadorned" to make the tuning sound good :-) You are so correct about the recording studio being very fussy about tunings, one local studio will not have any tuner in the place with a ETD, but that more prejudice than reason. In the UK ETD are still looked on with the same scepticism as full sighted tuners were in the 1930 most folk thought back in the 1930 and still today in most parts of the UK if your not Blind you could not tune a pianos proper. At the end of the day. Its all down to training. you can have the best tools for the job, but if you can't use them, then the end result will be poor.
