[pianotech] What do you say?

I also agree David,

When driving, receiving a phone call, I simply ask them if they have email
and would be so kind as to send me a request with their contact
information. More and more tunings are conveniently scheduled in this
manner. Emails allow "in their time frame" to request and mine to respond.
Having the information contained within the email also makes it easy to
copy/paste into the google calendar that everthing is up to date. When
pre-scheduling for additional appointments (say 6 months away), I set up
reminders in google, shoot them an email as to our upcoming appointment,
foregoing the need for black roses :)
