I HAVE let my RVP know, and all he did was forward my e-mail to Phil.  
You may as well write directly to Phil.  When you do, tell him you'd 
like to see the list of Higher Logic action items published on this 
list:  What will be changed, how will it be changed, when will it be 
changed.
