The water does the work, so that ever alcohol it takes to get the water 
into the wool. There's no sacred formula.

Air drying or heat? Heat is obviously quicker, but it seemed to me that 
the heated centers were more likely to change in the next few days than 
the air dry. Whatever your or my experience may be, someone will have 
the opposite story, so consider it arbitrary and press on.
