That's the problem. No one at Samick is talking. It's as if they don't want to accept responsibility for their poorly made pianos. Nothing personal against Jane. She's a nice lady. But she's not answereing her phone, or e-mail messages.

Suit yourself, but I wouldn't CA what is likely still a good block as a 
first choice. A set of pins, an electric drill to remove the old ones, a 
hammer and punch to install the new ones, and a day, shouldn't be 
insurmountable. Talk to Samick first and get their recommendation.
