I have had pretty good luck at having Jane respond to my emails usually in 24 hours. I don’t know if being President of Musical Instrument Technicians Association, Int. makes a difference or not. I have had good success at getting parts for both regular (acoustic) and digital pianos.

Talk to Samick first and get their recommendation.
Ron NThat's the problem. No one at Samick is talking. It's as if they don't want to accept responsibility for their poorly made pianos. Nothing personal against Jane. She's a nice lady. But she's not answereing her phone, or e-mail messages.

Suit yourself, but I wouldn't CA what is likely still a good block as a
first choice. A set of pins, an electric drill to remove the old ones, a
hammer and punch to install the new ones, and a day, shouldn't be
insurmountable. Talk to Samick first and get their recommendation.
