It's members- those who have rights to influence ongoing ecisions, pay hefty dues to be part of the club. They have ongoing iscussions and squabbles about the rules of the club. But it's their club. hey built up this club with years of hard work and dedication in order to id each other with their desire to be more capable technicians. Those who are not members of the PTG, yet use the PTG list are guests, and t is expected that guests would behave as such. They have no rights, only rivileges. If they want rights, then they should join the club. If they want to squabble about the rules, then they should pay the "higher ues" and become RPT's. That's how the club was set up, and it is the embers, not the guests, who only have reason to be discussing the everyday rritations of the group. "Right" is what has been decided over the years by he RPT's. It simply is the way it is. If guests continually demand rights", it seems it would be a simple thing to block anyone who has not aid to be a member, and it would seem quite reasonable to do so, as nowledge shared here is free to all, including those who compete with us hile complaining, costing us business by building their knowledge base at he expense of the PTG. did my share of being an idiot for a year or so, as a guest......... The ock isn't going to bend, so one either understands and follows the rules, r they will eventually be shunned from sheer irritation of those who have earned the rules...... es Bartlett -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
