I disagree. yahoo.com.cn looks like a legitimate address for yahoo China.

Sounds to me like one of dozens of such companies trying to break into the 
American market, having no real idea how to do so. No real English, either.

I doubt that a company representative would have an email address through
yahoo. It looks like a scam to me.
