I never said or implied that volunteers are the problem, though that 
hasn't stopped you from going to town on Phil, on occasion.  Why 
don't you / we start by understanding exactly whom we are 
trying/expecting to engage in this desired conversation, because, for 
sure, no one is going to 'come out to play' if they expect to get 
verbally 'lynched'.
Clearly, and I do mean clearly, it would be inappropriate for someone 
from HL to engage us directly on this list.  So who?  With or without 
the volunteers, there just aren't that many people involved.  Not as 
many as there should be, I suspect.   Who's responsibility is it to 
address the concerns that keep being posted here?  If not Jim Moy, or 
Phil Bondi, or Paul Brown, maybe they could at least tell 
us.   Meanwhile, I'll ask over at PTG-L.
