[pianotech] Fewer new customers

I don't know how many new customers I got this year, but my income was up about 20% from 2010. And that's with dropping my price $20 per tuning. I attribute the increase to a better economy in Hawaii, my web site, and my good looks.

The PTG web site has also helped a LOT.
