Acetone is a solvent for it when wet, don’t know about after it dries.

Just cut it off on the band saw or table saw.

Subject: [pianotech] gorilla glue

Hi List,

A customer reglued an ivory head with Gorilla glue. No clamps.... Now the
head is higher than its neighbors. Will a heated knife work to remove
the head intact? Is there a good solvent?

Thanks in advance,

Happy New Year to all!

Chuck Becker
