OR, ream the tuning pin holes in the plate and install (gasp!!) the narrow tuning pin bushings. Will Truitt And ream the plate to get some clearance to keep the tuning pins off of the hole edge. Ron N I like this idea - the plan is to drill the new block with plate installed because I will only rout out the existing block - not completely remove and replace - (never did this before) so to ream the plate to the size of the tuning pin bushing sounds like it can only help with guiding the drill bit.
