[pianotech] is there a tool for this

Hi Gene,

Like others have suggested, there are many ways.  I made a spanner out of a
large screwdriver, cutting a slot in the middle of it.  It's basically the
same "fishtail" tool we make to remove broken agraffes, but in this case,
we leave the ends flat.
