[pianotech] Damper Lift Rail Flange Screw Access

Wrong! Loosen the damper rail blocks from the belly rail. Tilt the whole
thing out and then tighten the flange screws.

The best way to get to those screws is to remove all the dampers, which
allows you to lift the tray which gives you access to the screws
