Paul, I really like my ThermoWorks -- TW-USB-2-LCD http://www.thermoworks.com/products/logger/usb_loggers.html#PricingTab

Nice data logging, can easily tape mount to underside of Grand near soundboard. Nice readout to check instantaneous... and great graphs (w/ rescaling) via PC software provided. It does a great job of telling the customer what's happening.

It was just posted a couple months ago about using a hygrometer that plugged directly into the computer with a read out of humidity levels over an extended period of time. I’ve done a search on the PTG site to find the reference, but can’t find it. Anyone have suggestions on one they use?

Do these need to be plugged into the computer all the time, or can you just leave them in the room, then plug them into the computer and retrieve the information?

I searched on-line, and there are many available. Just wondering what you suggest to your customers and what you’ve had success with. Thanks; Pam Bero
