Joe, you said you have PhotoShop?  If you want to reduce the size of the file... you can either go in via the Menu  Image/ImageSize   and either change one of the dimensions of the Document size... or lower the resolution.  I would go down much further than 150-200, unless you're looking at a small pic needed, in which case go to 72... but keep the document size to a 4x6 or so.

 have tried that "feature" and it didn't do enough compression to make an
ppreciable difference. Thanks for the thought tho.<G>
