[pianotech] Was high and outside now silent pitch lowering

I tune/pitch raise strings in the same order as you but using two wedges. This requires only one mute-move per note. Tuning with a single mute requires one move per two strings, i.e., more moves. But single mute sounds gnarlier when talking shop.
