Wim, You really don't get it do you? I don't get the "leader letter" and The RVP "newsletter" isn't on my list either. The point is the President should have posted on Pianotech, if for no other reason, but as a courtesy. He didn't have the balls! We suffer from damned poor leadership and it's not getting the job(s) done, imo.
