Mr President,

No statistics, no minutes of the electronic communication commision, no 
minutes of the committee meeting where this was discussed, no count of 
votes. Nothing but vague generalities.

Where are the minutes? Are they accessible? How about a link to make it 
reasonably easy to see what specific evidence was presented? I assume 
they are public record, or do the minutes contain nothing but the 
outcome of the vote...I hope not.
