John: Is Hamburg still using bubinga in their blocks? Would you recommend using a Hamburg block rather than the NY in a Hamburg D? We just removed the block and are replacing it with a NY block. According to Hartwig, they are just using it up. ]Their soundboard material is Sitka that we supply, ribs are spruce, and they ]crown them.
