Damper Lift Problem

Avery,

My guess (notice I said "guess") would be that excessive humidity has 
caused the board to rise enough to cause the dampers to be lifted 
higher away from the key ends and tray. Have you been able to dry 
this piano out any? What is RH in the immediate area at this point? 
If it's still high, maybe you can make minimal adjustments now, then 
readjust when it dries out. Just a thought...
