Roger et al: I echo Ed Sutton-tip the piano to horizontal and use very thin super glue around each pin. Set it back up, refill the Dampp-chaser, and tune it. The unit will help the piano going forward because pitch changes due to weather will be minimized. I have done this on several pianos that were not otherwise usable, with very satisfactory results.
