This is a multi-part message in MIME format. ---------------------- multipart/alternative attachment Wim. I am supprised from what you say you are doing, that you can get = the key off the pin, yet alone that the bushing ( sometimes ) sticks to = the bottom of the key. Try using less glue and swabbing a tad in the hole and let the glue ( I = use tight bond ) cure a little and add more leaving a hole each time.=20 Only place the key on the balance rail when the hole is slightly smaller = than what you are going for: and let cure for only a few minutes and = move the key so that it does not become glued to the pin. I should probably know this, but I'm = having trouble glue sizing my balance rail holes.=20 I put the glue in the hole, wipe off any excess, and then put the key = back on the balance rail. I wipe off the glue comes out the top. After = the glue dries, there are three problems. 1. the balance rail punching = is sometimes glued to the bottom of the key. That's an easy fix. 2. The = glue at the top of the pin dries to the bushing. When I remove the key, = sometimes the bushing come off and I have to rebush. 3. I have to clean = the glue off the balance rail.=20 What am I doing wrong? Wim ---------------------- multipart/alternative attachment An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
