I might add Mr. Kuerti is never left alone near the pianos at the Jubilee
Auditorium here... After they got a bill for removing the nails taped to the
hammershanks to make the touch heavier they were quite insistant that if he
was caught with a screwdriver in his hands he'd be bringing his own piano next.

You have to admire the guy though... He's done more to take classical music
to small towns than anyone else I can think of. Without him many kids would
grow up never having heard a piano played well live.
