My apologies to those non-PTG members who aren't interested in this
discussion. I'll try to be brief. <g>

Council reaffirmed this year that only an RTT can be a franchised member and
hold a vote, although individual chapters apparantly may use their
discression in allowing non-franchised members to vote on some chapter
matters. That is as it should be. Personally, I do not want to see what you
wrote come to pass.

If anyone wants to EMail me about this subject I would be glad to share my
thoughts rather than clutter up the list with off-topic messages unless the
list owner agrees to it.
