Excuse the bandwidth for a non-technical question. I am an Associate member PTG and have been an apprentice under a very competent RPT for a year. Facing some career decisions and wondering what is the typical "track" that people take toward being independent in this profession, toward becoming an RPT and so on? Formal schooling? Apprentice-ship? PACE sessions at PTG? Shop training? Factory training? Self taught. . .? All of the above? None of the above? Grateful for all input, Lloyd Schultz
