What indeed? Mine is common indeed! Not quite like Smith or Jones, but plain as Jane and nothing fancy. But it's mine; the only one I'll ever have or want. My name has a peculiar problem, though. Ever since that crazy chess player went on national television to "duke" it out with Leonard Spasky, millions of people learned a utterly fascinating thing! Fis(c)her can be spelled with a "C"! It is the spelling of preference for some 80% of my customers in spite of the fact that it is spelled correctly on the top of my invoice in BOLD 30 PT TYPE! Does anyone else have this kind of problem? -- Warren D. Fisher fish@communique.net Registered Piano Technician Piano Technicians Guild New Orleans Chapter 701
