Hello Cyber techies: A client of mine has a Kawai grand KG2A in which the fallboard (that is supposed to close slowly to prevent finger damage) no longer, well, closes slowly. Is there a way to adjust this other than turning the screw in the bass end socket? (I did that numerous times). All parts seem to be there...no broken plastic; and every screw is tight. There are no parts binding anywhere, either. Any ideas or previous encounters out there in techie land? Thanks in advance for the help! Mike Hoffman, RPT Marquette, MI
