      Unless there are adherence problems, The factory will sand it down with
120 grit and spray it black.  If there were adherence problems, they would strp
it and try again.
      In reality, stripping polyester is more onerous than arduous.  The main
problem is getting the reaction to start.
      Richard Adkins' idea (in a later post) is essentially on the right track.
