Loss of Volume

Check to see if the key is split at the center bushing.
Remove the butt and check it carefully.
Switch butts to see if the problem moves.
Check to see if the bridle strap is taut when key is at rest.
Check to see if letoff button felt is firmly attached.
Check pinning of jack.
Check to see if letoff rail is too close to jacks or if the liberty rail is too
	close to the jack (if it has one).

These may not be the prblem but in exploring these possibilities the culprit
should appear.
