Audrey,
The reason you can't find any of those strange nuts is because we are all
on this list <G>.
In reality, if you have an agraffe tap of the right diameter, make your
own nut. Myself, I would use a piece of rock maple (it holds threads nicely),
less chance of thread damage to the agraffe. You'll still have to touch it up
with triangular file afterwards.
