There are several internet phone software types out there...both parties have to have the same software....i asked a friend of mine, his brother has tried them all.... sound quality is not good because of bit compression....i think the sound is very fuzzy....systems require a sound card, speakers and microphone there is also a program called see-u see-me ...that allows you to see the person you talk to...but the picture is not too good.... you need a mini video camera You can find these programs using the Yahoo search and keywords.... here's the FAQ address....have fun http://www.northcoast.com/savetz/voice-faq.html RA
