Stability problem

                       Depending on who made this piano, check for pinblock to
plate flange fit. Tighten pinblock screws. Use a string strecher on strings
and seat strings to bridge. Check the bridge pin angle to see if the pins are
too vertical and riding up on the pins. Tune twice after streching,and
seating. Check the humidity differences between the last time you tuned and
this time. You failed to mention this. This piano also has hard hammers which
will make it sound worse than it actually may be. Voice it down a bit. The
humidity differences and hammer hardness may be the obvious differences, but
it sounds to me like this piano wasnt prepared well from the onset and if it
was tuned every 5 mos , like the customer said, you arent too far off the
mark. And by the way, who tuned the piano for the last 6 or 7 years???
