The Conover Cable was built by Samick in Indonesia for Sherman Clay Piano in California who worked out that deal with Sams Club and Wal Mart. They were liquidated at well below cost and sold out . Samick USA has no warranty obligation to the product as they were bypassed by the mother company. The seller should hold any implied warranty claims. It is a great piano for the usual price. $995, a few got lucky out there. Robert Pearson
