you don't mention why you need to, replacement in SA is a total luxury with
cost of imports, however to undo tapes and take off a set of hammers about
45 mins, unsrcrew butts & remove 30 mins, reshape hammers 6-8 at a time in
vice 45min - 1 1/4 hours , assuming your new flanges are already centred
another 1 1/2 hours to put flanges on hammers and back on (if new centre
pins needed about 1 1/2 - 2 hours more).

 if no other action work to be done Regulate/tune/voice etc. upto 16 hours,
so about 3 days total with no interuptions.
