Dear Diane and list

I do not charge extra for Baldwins, I have several customers with these
Baldwin model, the only time I noticed it harder to tune was the first time
I was called. I normally schedule my customers in my computer and call them
periodically for piano maintenance, that helps the customer, and myself.
Once a piano is scheduled for tunings, (Baldwin each six month) I never have
difficulty tuning them subsequently..
