Do those pins have nuts on them?  If so, first loosen the nuts, then turn
them so that the slot/wedge has it's side to you.  Then place a thin
screwdriver blade low on the side of the wedge and tap the screwdriver with
whatever you prefer or have handy. (hammer/wrench/pliers...)
