A new technique for easing tight tuning pins

Hi Roger:

When pins are jumpy but loose, I have usually attributed that to oil in
the pinblock. It used to be a common thing for the lowest 3 or 4 Bass
pins to be loose but jumpy due to the oil which was used in rubbing down
the case finish in pianos which were sprayed and rubbed out while only the
pinblock was installed.
