    For lighter messes, I've had real good luck by putting dryer sheets =
inside of the piano. It clears out in about 3 weeks. Now I must admit, =
the only time I've used it is on used pianos ( I bought for resale) that =
were in the home of a smoker. For bigger messes, Ken Swartz has a =
really neat system for really bad pianos. My method is a small band-aid =
for small messes. No more. =20
    Another avenue is to look into the insurance industry (call an =
adjuster or two). It's common for insurance companies to send in a =
smoke removal specialist after a house fire. They have techniques for =
removing smoke from furniture, which I believe is what Ken does. Good =
luck.   =20
