m14th test

Thanks to all who responded about the m14 test.  This test was not listed in
the "Tests for Octaves" section in Jorgensen's _Tuning_ book.

What beat rate do you try to get?  I suppose it will vary according to
personal taste.  Having listened to it while tuning, the beats per second
increase as the size of your octave increases.  Is this is a test for an 8:4
octave?  It seems that tuning this way will produce a beatless interval when
the lower note is played with its corresponding "octave" in the temperament,
which should be an 8:4, I think.
