Two associate scholarships are sponsored by the PTG Foundation. Applications
were mailed out with the Leader Letter. The Foundation chooses among the
applicants. Great way to get to the convention.

There is a scholarship which the Guild (possibly throught the
Foundation?) offers to Associates (one or two a year), with the intention
that they take their tests at the annual convention/institute. This is
just "off the top of my head", so check with the Home Office or RVP for
details.
Chapters can pay their delegate's expenses for transportation and
lodging, in relation to the days the council is actually in session. The
same can hold true for alternate delegates. This would pertain to RTPs
only.
