Hi Graeme,  
                  Andre Boldoc, made a 5hr video ay Brandon University of a
Soundboard replacement on a Steinway O.
 Very complete. Includes good instructions for indexing plate and bridges ect.

 PS. If your VCR's accept American Video's I'll bring a copy in Oct.
